Even after we had agreed on our initial plans, Danny was always looking for improvements and better ways to utilize every inch of our home. He demands the best from his excellent team and never settles for just OK work. If something isn’t done to his high standards, the work will be re-done until it’s right.
Because Morgan Construction chooses to build just a few homes each year, Danny is almost always on-site to keep things on schedule and he is extremely easy to contact for questions or updates. He also has a great sense of flow and design and suggested several alternatives on the fly for our home that ended up being fantastic ideas. He also has excellent relationships with many local contractors and companies to get the best materials and pricing. We cannot imagine having a better builder or a better outcome for our home!
